Aliexpress online shop

I ordered laptops and tablets from alliexpress online shopping . After receiving my parcels , i opened them only to find out that i received a back silicone cellphone covers and a dust cover for a keyboard . Took my complaint to customer care, they told me to return the packages ( im from south africa , cost of shipping it back is worth more than the actual product price , not even talking about the taxes i had to pay).after sending them video footage of me opening the package from receiving them , and that I didn't receive what i paid for , they still made me to return the package for a refund . Don't even think ill ever see the refund. Why just not refund me immediately after seeing the video of me opening the package and received totally something different with 100% less value . Not even close to a laptop nor tablet
