Aliexpress no good!

PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS!!!! I ordered shoes on 3 July. The expected delivery date was 4 September. First they queried the payment, when that was solved, the package was on it's way. The first communication I received is dat my package is ready for collection at the Post Office. The Post Office informed us that the package was booked out to a delivery service - they couldn't say which one. At that stage I emailed Aliexpress because the time for a refund was running out. I eventually asked for a refund. The next I heard from Aliexpress was that my parcel was delivered. I immediately informed them that I didn't receive the parcel. Since then, no word, no contact, nothing!!!! I send then 8 emails! A REAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
