AliExpress ****mers

I have been struggling with them for the past 3 months regarding A laser they sold me that is faulty, they did agree to refund me after 2 months arguing with the now I am struggling to get my money back for the last month and every time I enquire about the refund the tell me it will take up to 11 business days to do the refund and it has been 21 days. They treat you as if you are a ****mer I am done with them. Would not recommend any person to buy from them I have used TEMU for a long time and never had an issue with them even when there are refunds to be done. Honestly ALI is consisting of bad service, telling you lies and no customer service
