ALIEXPRESS IS BIASED TOWARDS SELLERS

Aliexpress’ customer protection is pro seller, and not pro buyer. I bought a set of caps to resell as a set. One cap was broken in transit. They first offered to refund the set (a broken set of 3 is useless, as I resell in sets of 4). I enquired about the losses I still suffered due to shipping and customs, and instead of considering that and responding with a “yes” or “no”, they decided to REDUCE the already offered refund by 75%. So the seller still makes a profit, while I have to sell 5 sets only to break even.
