Aliexpress is a JOKE!!!

Hi.

So I made 4 orders for different items on Aliexpress in July. Since then I have received only 1 item from 1 seller. They do have a "dispute order" option which I used when the initial buyer protection was running out. The buyer protection was then extended and I was happy/hopeful as the items showed to be in transit. It came to the time when buyer protection ran out again so I disputed again and requested a refund and my account has since been deactivated by Aliexpress. Now the interesting thing is I now can no longer make contact with Aliexpress as my account is deactivated, I received notifications that the full payment has been released to the seller and on the tracking system it shows "order complete" yet the orders show they are still in JHB mail centre and I am in CT. The tracking numbers show as "expired" on the tracking app because they have been in the system for too long, so I have no guarantee that I will in fact receive the outstanding items which total over 2k. Now how can my order be complete on the app if I have not received my orders?? With no way to make contact with these people who have blocked me, simply for requesting a refund for items I never received, this was my last resort.
