Aliexpress is a ****

Aliexpress has ****med me. I have bought hair and was dissatisfied with it. First of all it did not arrive at the address I had written. I was told to pick it up, this never happened before. At the pick up point I was told to take my parcel out for 400,this was after I had paid for delivery on their app. After receiving the first parcel I was dissatisfied with the quality, tried to open a dispute and Aliexpress informed me that my money had already been released to sellers. So basically Im stuck with something I did not order.

On the second order, (this time I used a different seller to test), same situation happened, this time around I was told to take out the parcel for 1300. Aliexpress Agents (Jess, Jen Lee & others just to name a few) keep asking me the same questions & telling me that they have escalated my case yet nothing is happening on my side. It's been 4 weeks now. When I opened a dispute they told me again that the money was handed over to the seller. I'm basically stuck and out off options. Kindly becareful. If anyone knows how we can report this app to be closed down, kindly do communicate as I am not the first person to be ****med.
