Aliexpress *****ing my refund, pathetic and bad service

Aliexpress keeps on ****ming me. I never got my orders and after fighting with them, they only refunded 5usd, instead of the original 57usd.they are a ******** entity and their site should be closed down to stop ****ming customers.
