Aliexpress ignore discussion even after call center commitment

Item I bought was a **** (Original JBL Tune 230nc TWS Bluetooth Headset Wireless Stereo Bass Earphones) Initially looked like issue will be resolved by sending back but dates over Christmas was unrealistic and they closed the case. I had multiple interactions with the Call center who all assured me they are resolving the issue but to date has just been a waste of my time. They clearly pass you off once the deal is secured and do not honor the commitments made from the agents. I must say I was initially keen to use the platform as there are a number of interests but I can just advise to stay as far away as possible. No email address available to send directly to AliExpress
