ALIEXPRESS FAILING BUYERS THROUGH USELESS BUYER PROTECTION

ALIEXPRESS’ buyer protection is useless. Seller on their platform named “MAY RECORDS STORE” sent only half the items I ordered, and ALIEXPRESS rejected my dispute. I requested them to explain how I must handle short-supply cases, but they fail to respond. I only receive automated responses. No real communication possible.
