AliExpress dont want to refund me

Bought multiple time. I have 2 items that i ordered (cellphone parts) which was to be delivered on the 19 December 2025. Ive been waiting as they stated i should be patient until 24 January 2026. Ive tried to cancel and get a refund as the message stated if not deliver by the 24th January 2026 i will be fully refunded. Ive contacted the service help department on the app and im told no refund..i dont have my goods and no refund. R687.00 gone
