Aliexpress does not want to refund

I have purchased quite a few items that I have not received. Aliexpress offers a protection period. The protection period was about to expire so I opened disputes with them. They have suspended my account because I have opened many disputes - I made purchases to the value of R 10k - most of the orders did not come through. I am a Diamond member there as well. Very disappointing. Give my money back and stuff your business!!!
