AliExpress Did not deliver my parcel

I ordered from Ali express, 2 different items on different dates in September. After 2 months of waiting, when i track, it says deliveted 03/11/ 2024 and my contact details have been changed on their system. Can somebody tell them to contact me on Whattsup on +*** . They are not responding to my messages.
