ALIEXPRESS' BUYER PROTECTION IS FAILING

Supplier via Aliexpress provided 1 item short. Claimed refund of item price. Aliexpress decided to refund an amount of 12% LESS than what I paid. So I lost 12% on item price, PLUS shipping fee, PLUS customs fee. I think it is totally unreasonable and lowers my confidence in their "so-called "buyers' protection".
