Aliexpress bunch of *****es.

I bought the item in June, Order Id ********** ********** and TRACKING NUMBER :LP ********** ********** . I have not received my order, I tried to email the seller, and the seller said i must go to my post office and check, I went to the post office 5times, and the was no order, I have opened the dispute 6 times and no respond from aliexpress and the seller. i ask them to refund my money, but no respond till today, please please help
