AliExpress ****

I ordered retrofitting auxi****y headlights (Left & Right) for a BMW R1200RT. The was confirmed by both AliExpress and the Seller, Motorcycle Parts Replacement Store in September 2024. What I received was a set of brackets for mounting these lights; not what I ordered. I tried to raise a dispute with the AliExpress three times which was rejected with the explanation that what I received matches with what is advertised on their website ignoring the fact that what I received does not match the description, price and picture posted on their website. My appeal was also rejected with the same distorted reason and my dispute on my face.

The shipping of my order was continuously updated on their tracking platform with the correct picture of what I ordered right up to the collection date at the Post Office. My great shock hit me when I opened the package containing the wrong item.

Buying from this platform is a big gable. Please save yourself grief by staying away from these ******. I shall obviously delete my account and NEVER to order anything from these ****mers.
