Ali Express Pathetic service

This was my first order with Ali Express and I was so impressed when I asked the agents prior my order to make sure everything was in order. It finally came last week Monday and it was not the right size. I asked for an adult Medium and received a kiddies costume. I escalated immediately and ask for the product to be returned so I can get my refund, uploaded photos to support and ever since they have been declining my return saying it is not enough evidence. I asked what exactly they need and am not receiving an answer via the agents or email. The policy states you can return a product within 90 days for free especially if it is the first time. No matter what I just want this product to be returned and want my refund. This is the most pathetic online company I have ever dealt with.
