Ali Express Depress!

Ali Express Buyer Protection is a con. They have no clue about customer service. Their agents will lie, delay, put off, patronise, ridicule and downright annoy the hell out of you. Stay away. I have discovered that almost all of the items for sale on Ali are available on Ebay and other sites like Wish.com. In 7 years of buying online, I have never encountered anything like the Ali Express Customer Service experience. Woeful, brutal, useless and every other bad thing I can say about them. I even found myself doing something I have never done before. I swore at the agent I was talking to. That was the final straw for me. The fact they got me that worked up was a sign it is time to cut my losses and part company with Ali Express, whom I will forever call from now on Ali Express Depress!
