Ali Express

The government should do something about Ali Express conning South Africans. When i ordered my goods , which was early January, the expected delivery date was 26th February, which i thought was way to long in the 1st place. It is now almost April and i still did not receive the goods, They keep telling me to be patient and the seller does not want to give me a refund. Absolute *******. Same story, they keep telling me to check at the post office which i have done 5 times now. There is also no email or contact number.
