The company that sold me a broken laptop.

<p>I purchased an Alienware 17R3 and since day one there have been issues with the laptop not switching on. Upon phoning tech support the motherboard was replaced. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then a few months later, the same thing happened and my motherboard was replaced once again. </p> <p> </p> <p> Now I am out of warranty and my laptop will not switch on. I paid over $2000 for this laptop and it has been a terrible purchase. </p> <p> </p> <p>Upon complaining I am told that these items tend to break and I must pay to replace them. How can a company sell me a broken product and milk me like a cash *** for years to come. </p> <p> </p> <p>Surely Alienware would realize something is wrong if the motherboard breaks so often. If I don't get a replacement laptop I will never look to Alienware or even Dell again. </p>
