Deceptive Sales, Poor Quality Products, and Zero After-Sales Support – Avoid Alienspace Technologies!

I am utterly disgusted with the shocking service and dishonesty I have experienced from Alienspace Technologies.

I placed an order for a refurbished laptop with explicit instructions that it had to be capable of editing photographs. I was personally reassured that I would be more than satisfied with the performance.

When the first laptop arrived, it was completely inadequate for the task. To their credit, they agreed to replace it — but that’s where the service ended. I paid considerably more than the market value for what was promised to be an A-grade replacement, only to receive a machine that was barely C-grade quality.

Within two days, the laptop crashed, and I had to reinstall Windows myself. I immediately informed them, but received no response. A few days later, the laptop crashed again, forcing me to perform another clean reinstall, which caused me to lose my Windows license. I notified them repeatedly, and the silence was deafening.

After several ignored WhatsApp messages (they never answer their phones), someone eventually rep****, only to reject any responsibility or warranty promises. Now I am once again being ignored, with no assistance whatsoever to resolve the issue.

This company is unprofessional, *********, and utterly unreliable. They are quick to take your money but vanish when you have a legitimate issue. I am now left with an expensive but unusable machine and no support.

My advice: Avoid Alienspace Technologies at all costs. They misrepresent their products, fail to deliver what they promise, and completely ignore customers once they’ve been paid.
