No value for money

I bought my hair on April and installed it once and washed it once ,the hair supposed to last Atleast a year or two but already the hair is shedding,not controllable,the inches are not the one I bought,complained on their platform but they seem to not care and shifting the Blame ,the hair was R2300 these no value for money .
