Incompetence

I have been treated very badly. Firstly I paid for goods plus shipping fee. I was informed after 9 days that items can't be delivered in my address (yet address is in PTA), I arranged my own transportation and collected the goods,prior to that an agreement was reached that if I collect the items I will get my refund, Guess what no refund,I call them everyday. Gross incompetence, that's what we're dealing with... No one seems to know what their doing
