Still waiting for my photos - All modes of communication is being ignored

Alida did a Family shoot for us on the 27th of December, I have paid her the full amount a day prior to the photoshoot. I have followed up multiple times with her on when can we expect our photos. On the 20th of January, she sent me a voice note confirming my photos are finished and I can expect them during the day. Still have not received a single photo!!!!!

She keeps on ignoring my calls, does not read my whatApps and ignores my emails !!!!

Very frustrated customer here!!!!

Her photos are beautiful but customer service sucks!
