Very very bad service

<p>I ordered a couch and coffee table from Alicia.she has a website showing her furniture.The coffee table she has on her website that we chose is very different from the one she made us.She is a very bad business woman.We chose material she never has what you choose.I should not give her any stars.We try to cancel the table,but her husband said no.She gave me a price for the couch which was R6640.When i ask for a quote again just to see how much money she has to give us back.The same couch is now R10365.My son put the two tables on her Facebook page.She said there is something wrong with me.I will never ask this women to make anything for me.Then she has the nerve to say I shouldn't come to her store.she said i have been calling her for the past three years.I called her at times to ask about her furniture and what kind of material she has not for her private life.When i ask her why is the prize of the couch R3725 more.Now she is confuse.This women is full of excuses.She never see anything wrong with what she does.She never once apologized for what she does wrong.Maybe it is still that white mentally thinking she is always right.She and her husband told me and my husband the person making the furniture don't want to be rushed.Dont ever trust her with your money or furniture.</p>
