On line clothing purchase advertised on face book .

I placed an order with Alice & Rachel Cape Town on the understanding that I was purchasing a purpose-made product as advertised on their website. The item took considerably longer to arrive than expected and, when it eventually arrived, it became apparent that the product was not as advertised. The quality is poor, the item appears to be a generic imported product rather than a purpose-made item, and it does not match the expectations created by the advertising material. I have requested a refund as the product received is substantially different from what was represented at the time of purchase. Consumers should be aware that the product I received appears to have been shipped directly from China and does not reflect the quality or characteristics portrayed in the advertising. I am awaiting a satisfactory resolution and full refund from the supplier. Gary Gibbons Pretoria
