No consumer service

<p>Purchased box of Alibaba 800g Beef Mince ****tail Samoosas and found them to be faulty.</p> <p>Telephoned their customer helpline and spoke to the agent who took my details and was advised that I would be contacted. NO Contact has been made. I then wrote an email outlining the problem and received zero response. I sent a reminder but still no response. Why have the contact details on the packaging when contact illicits no response?</p>
