Beware: Dishonest and Unprofessional, A Year-Long Nightmare with Alfred

I wish I could give this company negative stars because my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The owner, Alfred, is not only dishonest about his ability to complete the job, but he also fails to honour his own warranties. He provided a warranty, yet my balcony started leaking less than a few months after the work was done, and he refused to fix it or thinks I should fit the bill for the repairs on his job.

Alfred uses gaslighting and manipulation tactics to twist the narrative in his favour. He botched my balcony installation so severely that he had to return four times to address the issues, with some being prompted by a lawyer's summons. He couldn't get the angle right or properly waterproof the area, and now, after finally thinking I was done with him, I’m facing cracks and leaks that are damaging my home (3 months after the last fix). It is now in a worse state than when he started.

I have spent over a year battling this disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this ordeal on anyone. He has caused significant damage (internal and external), wasted my time, and made me dread parts of my own house. Alfred consistently shows up late (if he even shows up at all) and even asked me to fire his staff while he was absent, leaving them stranded at my home. The list of frustrations goes on and on.

He also keeps changing company names, so I feel like that says a lot in itself

Don't use him
