RUDE DRIVER

I have written a complaint before to this company about the same driver that is rude, inconsiderate and has absolutely no value for customers, most passengers in this bus are very uncomfortable and scared of this lady who does as they please and the company fails to discipline this driver that is giving the company a bad name. What must happen Algoa Bus Company for you to value your customers complaints? last time I reported this lady I received a call from a Mr Nelani or Mr Melani who assured me that the said driver was going to be held to task and be disciplined accordingly for her behaviour, till this day the lady is still treating customers poorly and has a very condescending tone when she speaks to customers, she stops where she feels, I asked her to te stop at my "regular" stop and she did not, when I asked her why she isn't stopping she told me that she feels she mustn't stop for me at that particular stop anymore, this lady decided to change my stop for me, and causing me to walk a further 10min to where I stay, how is this lady allowed to work with people? She is a bully! Shame on you Algoa bus company for subjecting your commuters to this kind of treatment from your drivers.
