not sticking to commute times

on wednesday 22january2020 at 12h00pm, me and other commuters waited for a bus from port elizabeth to uitenhage since 10h45am. the bus at 12h00pm just pass us at the dedicated busstop sign after we indicated we want to commute. we were waiting for the bus since 10h45am as indicated in the pooring rain with no shelter to go to. this is unacceptable due to the company did not stick to known commuting times and caused alternative public transport to be used which is more expensive than the bus. the minibus service is charging r25.00 to r30.00 per person.
