NOT A HAPPY COMMUTER

We have a problem with the lady driver who refuses to stop the bus in other bus stops and be able to stop and pick her favorite people who are not standing in bus stops. The lady has been doing this for sometime and even the time that the bus is coming in the morning we do not know as she decides what time that particular day she wants to come. she leaves people behind on the bus stop. her rudeness is affecting you commuters. please see to this.
