Child negligence from bus driver

Good day, I am not happy with the driver that is taking my child in Uitenhage at kwanobuhle.

My child is studying at Jubilee Park primary School, the school is finishing at 1pm and the bus gets there at 2:00pm - 2:30pm to fetch all kids that are taking the bus.

We noticed around after 3:00pm he hasn't arrived home and we thought his playing around with other kids and we went to check at school and there was no 1 around we found from the caretaker that he took him to the police station so that they can take him home.

We asked the caretaker what was the reason for him not to take the bus home, he rep**** saying he was short with a R3 from his bus card and his only 10 years old to be left there.

Where is messy or parenting to the driver cause obvious he got kids for him to do that.

Kids are learning to be responsible by taking a bus and they learn every day to take care and look after their bus cards

I'm very disappointed with this driver and I so wish I can know his name and sew him for child negligence as bus driver under his care.
