Bus doesn't pitch 3 times in one week.

The bus has not arrived 3 times in the last week. When I try call I get transferred and then no one answers, I cant even lay a complaint because no one answers. This is one of the school buses so all the kids have to try figure out another way to get to school. If someone there can atleast answer the phone to let me know if they are driving tomorrow or not I'd be happier, but no one bothers to answer. I'm very happy with the service otherwise but this is getting abit much now.
