After ten of excellent service Algoa bus dont care

Since 2005 as a student I've been ridding the same bus, I ride this bus from work because it is safe and drops me off closer to Home and I don't have to walk long to my place. Now the Algoa bus decided this bus must stop taking this route and making us take a transfer to bus going to Greenacres bus does not take my route. Now I have to walk all the way from Western Road to Richmondhill with my laptop and risk being ****** and get wet and rainy days. This is a very selfish and inconsiderate change for me and some of the other staff members.
