Owner unrepentant for terrible pizza

Arrived in St Lucia late Monday & decided to go out & eat. We decided on Alfrefos as it advertises it's an Italian Restaurant & we felt like a nice pizza. What a shock pizza base was so old I couldn't cut through it, <br> I knew they had used a frozen base - a very OLD frozen base. When I asked the owner he said he does not make fresh bases its too much effort and he was not a pizzeria. Hello! Then why have pizza on you menu. He was very rude & arrogant. All other restaurants during <br> our 4 day stay were amazing .... Will never eat there or recommend Alfrefos to anyone EVER!
