Buying a Puppy

Please make sure you have a written contract when buying a dog and before paying your deposit to Neil Carr. I payed a lot of money for a Dogo Argentino and because Neil was KUSA registered I believed all was good. I took delivery of a pup in February 2019, puppy was delivered in a shocking state and with Parvo Virus. This was confirmed by 2 separate vets with 2 separate tests being done the day after delivery of the pup. It then cost me in excess of R15000.00 in hospital bills to save the pups life. After at first seeming concerned and acceptance of covering the costs, Neil then did an about turn and stopped taking my calls or responding to messages. And also said the pup must have caught Parvo at my house or he was misdiagnosed by the vets! This is impossible and Neil was informed in writing within 2 hours of me arriving home and seeing the puppy that it was obvious that there was a problem with this pup as he was constantly vomiting, had diarrhoea and lethargy.
