This man is a not trust worthy.

An invoice was sent for a Wendy house which was to large. They were then told to rather do the smaller Wendy house for R2000 less. The accounts department made an error and paid R6000 deposit and then R6500. Total paid was R12500 which should have been R10500. The smaller wendy house was installed for R10500. When communicating with Shoun from Alfa Wendys telling him we over paid him he said he thought it was a bonus. Then explaining the accounts department paid the first incorrect invoice for the larger wendy house instead of the smaller one. He then said that he will pay the amount back and asked for the banking details. The banking details was sent to him. He never paid back the over payment.

This has been going on from September. Each time I contact him he says he is going to pay the money back and comes up with all sorts of excuses.
