No Service after waiting full day

two weeks ago i booked my car to replace brake pads and fix the nozzle that sprays water on the windshield and this was scheduled for 15th May. i took a day off from work to get this done as i need it for travelling. i have maintenance cover on the car.<br> <br> anyway i drop off the car the service adviser Anna books the car in and says all should be done quickly since it's just two thing that needs to be done. i was dropped off back at my house sat the whole day waiting for a phone call and nothing. i actually had to call in to check if all was ok and if they will finish sooner and Anna told me that all is well and they''ll will be finished and will get a driver to pick me up as the car is going in the washing booth to get cleaned. the driver come picked me up and when i get to the dealer to pick up the car, i was told nothing was done to my car and the reason was they need to take pictures and send to FIAT for approval and then they will do the job once FIAT has approved. The whole ****** day i've been told all is well and the car is almost done nothing about FIAT approving anything and the service manager etieen was nowhere to be found when i complaind. i will NEVER buy an alfa again
