incapable staff/ untrained

Took my car to the mccarthy brooklyn branch for clutch replacement, took more than a month got it back clutch still slipping and dent in front fender and turbo leaking all of a sudden. Been phoning more than 3 weeks now to get issue resolved no one interested in assisting me
