I took my car, Kia Picanto CAA*** *** in on 21st Nov 2023 to Alfa Motors to fix a dent scratch on my vehicle. I was thereafter travelling on a business trip in Gauteng and was hoping the car could be done on Friday 24/11/2023 when I returned home. Razaan kept me informed daily of the progress of my car and reassured me that she will try to push to get my car done by 24/11/23. On 24/11/2023, I was still in Gauteng and Razaan called to confirm the car was done and ready for collection. I requested to deliver my car to my home as I would only return later in the evening. I was granted this request and I gave them permission to release my car. On the other hand Sua**** was impeccably in the way he ensured that the work done on my car was of a high standard. Lo and behold my car was washed and looked brand new. I’m eternally grateful for the top notch service by Sau**** and Razaan. Well Done!! Razaan and Sau**** an asset to Alfa Motor and never failed to disappoint me. Thank you Razaan and Sau****, for the excellent services and I’m grateful and appreciative.
