Take your business elsewhere!

Absolutely terrible experience! One would think they have never auctioned anything in their lives nor have they ever processed a payment into a bank account. I auctioned off two separate groups of items with them. On the first batch, they placed a walking stick and carry-on luggage together as one lot. This does not even make logical sense. And when it came to payment...gosh. I had to beg for a sales invoice. They state on their goods received note that payment will happen +/- 14 days after sale. I have now been waiting 14 weeks! Initially they could not even read a bank account number correctly. I mean really. Is this the first time this auction house is doing business? STAY AWAY!!!
