I was bidding on an online auction. This was a very pleasant experience! Always helpful and accommodating - living in Bloemfontein they agreed to put the (small) items in a box so I could ask my courier to pick it up and proceed with bidding. Very quick refund of the balance of the deposit! Will certainly look forward to more auctions from them!
