dishonest dealings at alf duncan

two of the three items i gave to alf duncan to auction were sold a week later - on 15 february. they have still not paid me - it's 9 months later. when i phoned they promised to phone me back with answers - never did. again after the second try no response. they "have a list of customers who have not been paid". they have had the money in their account all this time. no apology. nothing "Professional" about this as per their advert.
