Delaying tactics not to do payment due to us

We sold goods to Alf Duncan on 13 Feb 2020. Remittance received for money due to us. Ever Since that date we have followed up several times via email and was promised that response is slow due to staff working from home because of Covid 19.

4 Months has lapsed and the same lame excuse is on going why payment is late. At this stage i get the idea that this is tactic not to do payment due to us.

Stay away from doing business with these auctioneers.
