Alf Duncan Auction House failure to pay as promised

What a disappointment I'm currently experiencing in getting my money for the items this auction house has auctioned off eight weeks ago. Terms and conditions stated it would take three weeks from date of sale. Persons at the auction house said it would take four weeks. I have all together four invoices that needs to be paid. I've been phoning' asking and I've been very polite. With each phone call I've been promised payment only to be disappointed. This really hurts a small entrepreneur who is really struggling to make ends meet. I never thought I would in this position were it feels like I have to beg for what belongs to me. At this point I feel like I'm not going to get paid what belongs to me. Please be warned. Avoid this auction house at all cost.
