Disgusting Attitude from Staff !!!

Hi

I have not been so upset in a long time, when one of the staff from finance addressed me saying, "whatever issues between my ex and I". .. I have worked and I WOULD NEVER, address clients, customers in that manner. I am not a child. I myself work in the education field, and would NEVER disrespect parents in this way!

I could not speak to the Principal as she was in a meeting, I was directed to the finance manager, and he was not helping or acknowledged that his staff was out of line.

Where on Earth do we get this disgusting attitude of workers ??

Till now, I have not received an apology as requested from the lady in question. !!!
