Alexander Swart Properties as APPALLING

I am flabbergasted at the lack of service provided by Alexander Swart Properties in Brackenfell.

My mom sold her house via Alexander Swart. NO FEEDBACK MY MOM HAD TO PHONE THE TRANSFER ATTORNEYS MY MOM HAD TO GO AND SEE ATTORNEYS TO NEGOTIATE

I am starting to wonder if I should not report them to the EAAB and request the license of the so called agent that assisted her.

Should my mom really be liable for paying commission as she did all the work?

The buyer basically pushed the tenants out of the house as she needed to move in due to a an ugly divorce. No the house has been empty for two months and my mom lost rental income.

I will lodge a third party claim against Alexander Swart for loss of income and lack of service. thus a reduction in commission and the above claim.
