Alexander Forbes is poor on delivering service.

One star rating is a little too much for the poor service received.

I have been waiting for my policy to pay out since I left my last employment. Paper work was submitted correctly by my prior employer in Novemeber and I was told that I should receive payment in January 2023.

It's the middle of February and I have had to resubmit my paperwork, I have dealt with up to 4 different consultants on the matter. I was told the matter will be resolved in 3 to 5 working days and still nothing was processed and no communication was made with regards to the progress of my payout

Alexander Forbes seems to be quick to collect payments, but slow on following through with promises and services.

I just don't understand why there is a delay at this stage.

This is poor service. I would never recommend their services to any company or private entity.
