Zero rating, poor turnaround time with peoples money
AF deserves a zero rating, worst service ever. My claim for provident fund payout was submitted in Nov 2020, till today no payout, i keep on been told about an ROT from a broker, since beginning of Jan 2022, really now? Soo basically a 6 weeks claim now takes 12 weeks+. Worst ever. I am no longer interested in using any of their services at this rate, no ways.
