Zero follow ups being done, zero effort being put in by employee.
I have a policy that is suppose to be payed out but the process of communicating with Ignatia Nekhumbe is so painfully slow, 2 weeks to reply on an email is not acceptable.
At the rate of correspondence this matter will be settled by 2025 if im lucky.
Please can someone at Alexander Forbes step in and help. (M***1)
