They don't even deserve one star. Their phones ring indefinitely and they don't respond to emails. They don't give updates on claims, it's almost as if they've vanished onto thin air. Why is it such a pain to gain access to MY money? Their attitude of pure apathy has left me very dissatisfied with this company.
